We’re looking for an experienced Campaign Performance Manager to take our newly formed Customer Success team to the next level.  

Our Customer Success team work closely with our Commercial and Digital teams to propose and deliver innovative marketing solutions to meet and exceed our partners’ expectations. 

Working alongside the digital team you will be responsible for delivering high quality marketing campaigns for our cruise and aviation partners, aligned to partner objectives and commercial agreements. A fundamental part of this role is providing in-depth analytics on partner performance. In line with the findings from analysis and through constant liaison with our partners you will propose additional activities designed to increase both performance for our partners as well as increased revenues for our business. 

You will be a skilled marketer who has experience of working across multiple brands and may be from either an agency or client background. You will be passionate about nurturing successful commercial relationships, an advocate for sharing success across a portfolio of clients, comfortable with handling and presenting data, and motivated by being a trusted partner for the brands we work with.    



  • Proven work experience in digital marketing. 
  • Demonstrable experience in innovating and delivering successful digital marketing campaigns and digital technologies (e.g. digital advertising, social media, email marketing, partnerships etc. 
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying successful target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. 
  • Demonstrable experience of using analytics tools to monitor performance and make recommendations for improvement. 
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate tests and a broad understanding of web design/UX. 
  • Exceptional analytical skills and data-driven thinking. 
  • Results orientated with strong planning, prioritisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to build close and trusted internal and external relationships. 
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills to nurture and work with the commercial and digital teams. 
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).



  • Deliver accurate and exceptional marketing campaigns for our cruise and aviation partners. 
  • Create upsell opportunities for partners which align with their objectives and deliver increased value to Real Response Media. 
  • Engage with partners on a regular basis with performance updates and analytics ensuring alignment of objectives and longevity of partnerships. 
  • Deliver high quality leads and awareness of partners through available channels. 
  • Ensure accurate targeting and use of our database to ensure we are maximising opportunities for each partner. 
  • Support in the development of marketing segmentations and conversion journeys for different customers. 
  • Innovate with new opportunities within the boundaries of available channels to deliver partner objectives. 
  • Track and analyse marketing metrics and trends including traffic mix, conversion rates and customer journeys delivering maximum response to partners. 
  • Continually optimise campaign performance alongside partners.
