Job Description


We’re looking for a Marketing & Events Assistant to join our newly formed Customer Success team. This role will play a crucial part in the success of our events and marketing initiatives, reporting to the Head of Customer Success. You’ll be involved in various aspects, including working alongside the Campaign Performance Manager to deliver innovative marketing solutions and create reports for our cruise and aviation partners, whilst also taking on a key role in assisting with the marketing, production, and delivery of our events programme.

  • Creating marketing plans for partner campaigns and ensuring delivery.  
  • Supporting the performance team in the production of partner campaign reports.  
  • Producing and regularly updating media packs.  
  • Researching new product ideas to support the commercial team.  
  • Assist in the planning and execution of our events, including conferences, exhibitions, and award ceremonies.  
  • Collaboration with our event agency and internal stakeholders to manage event timelines to ensure seamless event execution.  
  • Creating marketing plans for our events to drive entries and attendance, outlining key milestones and agreed KPIs. This includes agreed sponsorship activity and ensuring partners’ activity is delivered.  
  • Collaborate with our graphic designers to create assets for the events, ideally with the ability to create.  
  • Updating the event websites to ensure information is up-to-date and accurate.  
  • Researching and sourcing suitable venues and speakers for event programmes  
  • Supporting pre-event, onsite and post-event tasks.
